"I really had good experiences with Rick Mottern State Farm. As a Japanese, I was very unfamiliar with insurance in this country and had anxiety to find a good insurance agent. Their staffs replied to my questions immediately and kindly, and guided me to get insurance I needed. One day, my charge was raised due to inflation, but I could avoid it by taking online driver's lessons. And, for closing my policy due to my relocation, they kindly instruct me kindly again."

"We've been with Rick Mottern State Farm for 8+ years now...the agency as a whole has been fantastic to work with. It's been easy to call and work with them on any matter that has come up. I especially appreciate the review of services that they do with us each year - we are able to meet with them to go over each aspect of our policy to determine if there are potential savings/things that need to be updated. This has been extremely helpful for peace of mind in knowing that our policy is being reviewed and the best options are regularly selected for us.
