--Update: TLDR Absolutely pathetic service.
Six months later when the policy renewed, it didn't have all the coverage details that we discussed on the phone. When I called the office to get the detailed coverage that I wanted activated, they sent me to a "support rep" in the office and said that Jeff only does sales and lets just say that dealing with this "support rep" was like talking to fingernails on a chalkboard because every statement I made was questioned as if I was speaking another language. I knew more about auto insurance coverage than the support rep that sounded like she just graduated from college and didn't have enough life experience to know enough about auto insurance to be in that role. So great job on the front end, guys. You had my policy for six months and I immediately switched to a different agent, and had a similar experience there, and changed to another office after that. And have now walked away from State Farm completely due to the recent rate hikes. Typical insurance office that is more than happy to take the commission smiling until you figure out that you got screwed, and all they have when you call them on it is excuses."

"I've been with this State Farm office for years, and experiences like this are exactly why I stay. I recently needed to get insurance set back up after being without a car for a few months, and Drew was incredibly helpful throughout the process.
When I unexpectedly needed quotes for a new car with less than 24 hours' notice, Drew quickly put together multiple options, looked for ways to save me money, and had everything ready so I could feel comfortable bringing the car home. I know he had to reprioritize his day to accommodate my requests, but he never once made me feel like I was a burden.
