"I was extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. From the very beginning, the billing and payments were inconsistent and difficult to follow. The final bill I was required to pay was $918.68, and the following month an additional $684.44 was scheduled to be withdrawn before I was able to cancel the policy in time. Because of these excessive and confusing amounts, I requested billing records for clarification. After reviewing them, it appears that the anti-theft feature was removed from my truck, and I was then back-charged for previous months during which the vehicle was incorrectly listed as not having anti-theft protection. My truck is fully loaded with all factory anti-theft options, and this was clearly stated when I originally signed up for the policy. It is unclear why this coverage was removed without my knowledge or authorization. In addition, at one point the company indicated that another individual was living in our home, someone I have never heard of and who has never resided at our address. I was told that a form was mailed to me to confirm this, but I do not recall ever receiving such a letter. As a result of this issue, my auto insurance was cancelled without my knowledge. I unknowingly drove for months without insurance until I was contacted by the DMV and informed that my vehicle registration was at risk of being cancelled due to a lack of liability coverage. I immediately contacted the company and was told this was a mistake on their end and that the policy would be reinstated and backdated so it would not appear that I had been driving uninsured. With everything else going on in life, no one needs an auto insurance policy that is this complicated, error-prone, and expensive. This experience caused unnecessary stress and financial concern and ultimately led me to cancel the policy."
