Job Responsibilities

As a Sales Producer for Rick Mottern State Farm Agency, you’ll help individuals and families protect what matters most while building long-term relationships in the community, including
● Generating new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and follow-up
● Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate insurance solutions
● Developing leads, scheduling appointments, and closing sales
● Building relationships with customers and creating referral opportunities
● Working alongside an experienced mentor and sales team to sharpen your skills
● Helping clients with auto, home, life, and financial services products

Compensation
● Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
● Performance Bonuses
● Realistic First-Year Earnings $60,000 – $80,000+
