Our agency opened in 2010 and has grown into a high-performing team of 21 across two locations. I began my career as a State Farm team member, participated in the aspirant program, and went on to open my own agency, building a strong foundation for growth and development.
I’m a Florida State alum, a proud husband, and a parent of three daughters. I love to travel and bring that same energy and positivity into the workplace.
We stay highly involved in the community through local business associations, Chambers of Commerce, and various networking groups, maintaining a strong presence in the areas we serve.

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Rick Mottern - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
